Using experience based “smart engagement” to capture the audience and increase tradeshow results!

Branded Area just completed a 30’ x 50’ custom exhibit for Aurora Diagnostics at the American Academy of Dermatology conference and our client doubled the number of visitors to their booth over last year!


Aurora Diagnostics provides quality laboratory services to the dermatological industry. Since they don’t show a product at shows, they needed a way to stand out and attract attendees to their space where they could share their story and their quality comprehensive services.


Our “smart design” solution included a Trivial Pursuit style game that ran on an 80” monitor with up to six players interacting through pre-loaded ipads. The contestants scored by correctly answering questions about their industry and Aurora’s services. Daily winners received a nice giveaway prize.


The exhibit also had a centerpiece bar where custom LED lighted Aurora branded bottles allowed visitors to pick their own flavored water to custom mix their drink.The exhibit space also included two separate semi-private meeting areas with a spa feel and large monitors telling the Aurora story.


As attendees left the booth they were given nice metallic Aurora branded carry bags. The overall space was colorful, fun and engaging on many levels, reinforcing the Aurora Diagnostic brand at every step.
