When Micron attended the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, their strategy was to be in a more private and controlled space off the busy show floor. To facilitate pre scheduled meetings with their clients, they opted for a 2,800 square-foot ballroom space.

 

Branded Area designed and transformed the hotel ballroom space to include four private conference rooms, a product demonstration area, a hospitality area, casual seating, product showcases and a main reception and registration area. To bring life and action to the room, we included two 10’ x 16’ seamless LED screens.

 

By covering the flooring, controlling the house lights and adding spot lighting, Branded Area was able to mitigate the loud colors and designs that were in the existing ballroom.

 

The overall layout moved visitors through the space before and after their meetings in a way that was engaging, informative, and most importantly, memorable.
