Fabrication Process

After we have secured the best possible price to produce your environment we will move into the quality fabrication phase. We utilize our 25 plus years of installation experience and engineering know how to determine exactly how your design will be engineered before it is built. By carefully considering how each component will be broken down for assembly and packaging we make sure that your properties are fabricated to our exact specifications. These efficiencies impact your program costs going forward by insuring an efficient installation and minimal damage and refurbishment costs. We only partner with the best quality shops and we guarantee all final products. One of our expert in-house Project Managers will oversee the entire process on your behalf to make sure you get the best on-time results.

Detailed construction drawings – Before anything is built our engineers will produce highly detailed 3D fabrication drawings with all critical dimensions and components as well as best methods of breaking things down for efficient packaging and assembly. Your project manager will oversee and coordinate this process for you.

Shop fabrication – Your project manager will oversee and coordinate every detail of this process as well. The PM will be your point of contact and he or she will be working on your behalf during the fabrication process. We can design and produce all necessary graphics during this phase and insure seamless integration with all other components.

Client preview – When your project is complete and before it ships it will be assembled in its entirety as it will be on show site to insure every fit and finish is perfect and every detail is covered. Your project manager will always be at this preview. You will have the option of an in-person preview at the fabrication shop or an electronic video skype preview.
